Slice and Rise is set to consume your gaming time. It’s going to be the next big addictive title as despite the difficulty you couldn’t stop yourself from playing it. The gameplay is quite similar to Angry Birds, you will have to drag and release the main character, that’s how the Samurai moves upwards. Having said that, there is a difference between Angry Birds and Slice and Rise — In Angry Birds, you aim for a perfect 45-degree angle so you could throw the bird as far as possible. But with Slice and Rise you need to move the Samurai straight upwards and you need to keep doing that as if you fail the Samurai will drown in the fire pit at the bottom of the screen.
You can collect coins while climbing upwards which will then be used for things like the shield, speed booster, alternate characters, etc. Moreover, during your journey to the heavens, there will come a lot of obstacles, some will just require simple maneuver and at times you will have to fight them in order to continue your journey upwards. Slice and Rise is yet another addictive game, despite the difficulty of game play you will continue to challenge yourself. Get ready to shake your brain a bit because continuously fighting, dodging obstacles, collecting coins and keep Samurai airborne won’t be easy.
