Samsung just rolled out the latest Android 5.1.1 Lollipop firmware for Galaxy Note 4 N910F. The new Android version comes with the build number N910FXXS1COK4. The new update brings some minor changes and bug fixes. We were expecting that Samsung will skip the lollipop update and release the Marshmallow update but oh well. The update also includes an updated Smart Manager app and some security fixes.   • Download and install Samsung USB Drivers on your PC Windows or MAC.
  • You have enabled USB Debugging option on your Android device. You can enable USB Debugging by going in to Settings >Developer Options.
  • If your device is already rooted then this update will revoke the root access.
  • If your device has custom recovery installed then it will replace it with stock recovery.

Steps to install N910FXXS1COK4 Android 5.1.1 Lollipop Stock Firmware on Samsung Galaxy Note 4:

Here are the steps on how you can install this latest Android 5.1.1 Stock firmware on your Android device. The guide is pretty simple. All you need to do is to follow the steps properly and you will have the updated Android 5.1.1 Lollipop in no time.

Step No.1: First, download the N910FXXS1COK4 Android 5.1.1 Lollipop firmware and Odin 3.10.7 for your Android device. The links for both files shared above.

Step No.2: Extract both files on your PC Windows or MAC to get the tar.md5 file.

Step No.3: Turn Off the Samsung Note 4 and boot in to Download Mode.

Step No.4: Now, turn the device ON by pressing and holding Volume Down + Power + Home button together to enter into Download Mode.

Step No.5: Now, connect your device to your PC and run ODIN. Once the phone is connected successfully you will see a message saying ‘Added!!’ in ODIN.

Step No.6: In ODIN, click on AP button and locate the .tar.md5 file that you have extracted in the above steps.

Step No.7: Once done, uncheck the ‘Re-Partition’ option in ODIN

Once the process completed. Your device will reboot. Congratulations! Your device has been successfully updated to Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
