Galaxy A3 (2017) is the best Samsung has offered at the start of 2017. Samsung launched first A-series mobile back in December 2014 and since then it’s among the most popular budget phones. Now it has come to A series 2017 which is just launched in January 2017. Out of the box, it is offering Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 which is quite disappointing. We all were expecting Samsung to released Galaxy A3 (2017) with Android Nougat but this didn’t happen. Anyhow, hopefully in near future official Nougat update will be released for Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017). Having said that, Marshmallow is not a bad OS its very smooth and snappy and good news is that Samsung has just released XXU1AQA9 Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow official firmware. This is not a major update, but still, it’s worth updating since it has very important security patches.
A Super AMOLED 4.7 inch screen is slapped on the face of Galaxy A3 2017. With 13 MP, f/1.9 primary Camera and 5 MP, f/1.9 front-facing camera. On the performance side its packed with rather disappointing 1.5 GB of Ram and a good Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53.
