First of all, try to reset your Network Settings. Go to Settings >> About Device >> Reset. Here tap on Reset Network Settings and then Tap on Reset  Settings button. After that a warning “This action cannot be undone” will be shown. If you are certain to perform this action, then tap Reset Settings again. It will reset your Network Settings. Once done, reboot the device and see if the not registered on Network error is gone.

Fix2 – Galaxy S9 Not Registered on Network

SIM Card should be fitted perfectly in the SIM tray, otherwise, a loose SIM Card can result in No Service or Not Registered on Network Error. Therefore, remove SIM tray on Galaxy S9 and make sure that your SIM Card is tightly and perfectly placed on SIM tray. Once you are sure that SIM Card is fitted perfectly, restart your phone and see if the error is gone. Also, make sure that your SIM is not very old if that’s the case replace it with a new one immediately.
