Method 1: Using Finder

If you’re using a Mac updated to macOS Catalina, you’ll use the Finder.

  1. Connect your iPhone to the computer via USB Cable.
  2. Launch iTunes if doesn’t open automatically.

  4. A prompt will come on your screen asking whether you want to restore or update your device. Select Restore.
