Nokia has finally rolled out the official Android 8.0 Oreo update for the current Nokia flagship smartphone, Nokia 8. Prerequisites

How to install official Android 8.0 Oreo update on Nokia 8:
Step 1: Connect your Nokia 8 with your PC using the USB cable.
Step 2: Now, transfer the downloaded firmware file in the root directory or internal storage of the phone.
Step 3: Once transferred, disconnect the device and turn it off in order to boot into recovery mode. Now Power On the device while pressing and holding the Volume and Power Keys simultaneously until you see something on the screen, that’s the bootloader mode.
Step 4: Once in the bootloader mode, using the volume down button, scroll down to recovery and select it using the Volume Up key and reboot the Nokia 8 into recovery mode.
