This is the update for which T-Mobile Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ users were longing for. June update will bring June Security Patch along with some usual bug fixes topped with some more much-needed improvements. The update comes with the build numbers G950USQU1AQFJ for Galaxy S8 and G955USQU1AQFJ for the Galaxy S8+ variants and updates your device to the June Security patch.
While other devices have already received their July Security Updates, T-Mobile was a bit slow in rolling out the much-needed update. But, at last, the June Security Patch for Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ is here and weighs in at about 280MB. All T-Mobile Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ users will receive the June Update, which includes June Security Patch, via OTA (Over-the-air). June Security Patch is supposed to reach your phone automatically via OTA update, however, if you haven’t received the update automatically for some odd reason.
